I've downloaded 1.61, booted from it and I seem to get the default DSL OS, no slimserver anywhere. Am I supposed to feed it a parameter at boot time? I looked at all the options, but I couldn't find one. What am I missing?
I'm sure you put the wrong CD in (or burned the wrong image to CD). The original DSL artwork isn't on the SlimCD any more. If you're seeing DSL, you're running DSL. No startup parameters required (though I use to run "dsl lang=ch" to get the swiss german keyboard layout :-))
