Strange, I've pasted in the .ram URL and it worked no problem. Try running Mplayer from a command prompt on your PC with each of these. mplayer -playlist http://www.kcrw.com/smil/mbe.ram mplayer rtsp://go.rbn.com/livecon/kcrw/g2demand/mb/MBE1.rm
If these don't work then the problem lies with network connection. If they work then problem is with slimserver and its settings so try the following.
