Oh, stupid me! When I just run into the same problem I found a bug report on bugs.slimdevices.com - written by myself, correctly answered by Andy. And I did not remember it :-/.
You have to clear the Cache/FileCache folder (should be inside your slimserver installation directory). Just remove it and restart slimserver.
