Okay I launched ewe.exe again and this time the SIP button went on the right side corner instead of the middle so I could see the options tab.
Checking "Fixed SIP Button" did not make any difference that I could tell. Increasing the font size helped, but it also makes things unreadable in the VM Options because the rest of the GUI does not scale with the font and text gets cut off. It does help with using SlimRemote, though. I also tried checking "single window" in the VM options. That put Slimremote into a tiny floating window. It only fills ¼ of the VGA screen, but it does't get covered up by the SIP button anymore.
