As all your devices are connected via wireless it may be that the router can't handle sending the data to them as a WAV or FLAC (depending on the model for SqueezeBox you have). Could you try disabling the conversion types RTSP->WAV and RTSP->FLAC. This will just leave RTSP->MP3 (you will need lame.exe installed for this to work).
