What you need to do is stop slimserver, openup Windows Explorer and navigate to the following location:
c:\Program Files\Slimserver\server\Bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread In that folder is a file called "socketwrapper.exe". Replace this file with the one that you downloaded. Restart slimserver.
