PNM is an old protocol and very few stations use it - it was superseded by RTSP. Furthermore the station also uses an old codec AC3 so an additional library is required.
Mplayer can play this station and so with a few changes to some files, AlienBBC shoudl be able support it provided the codec library works on your OS. What OS are you using ?
