Lifesaver (http://home.comcast.net/~gregstumph/Lifesaver.pm) is a screen saver plug-in that plays Conway's Game of Life (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conways_Life). When the screen saver starts, the current text on the display is used as the starting point for the simulation. It supports Squeezebox 2 and 3, as well as the original Squeezebox G.
