Hi, It's not quite clear what you mean but.... The SlimScrobbler plugin settings should appear in 'Plugins', the LastFM settings in 'Internet Radio'.
The SlimScrobbler versions for before SlimServer 6.5 have an OSX & Unix issue where they need to be installed in a different location. (I think you need to put the SlimScrobbleSupport directory in the same place as SlimServer.pl) I don't believe any version of SlimScrobbler will work at all with the very latest (MySQL) version of 6.5...
