If it's files on your own PC, then why not just transfer them onto your DAP (Digital Audio Player - i.e. iPod etc)? For internet radio streams there are several freeware apps out there that will let you download the streams to hard drive. Can't remember their names off hand, and i have them at home instead of here. Depending on the type of stream (RealAudio, WMA, etc.) you might need to convert them to something your player can cope with, but this should be too hard to do.
