Is there a specific requirement regarding mplayer? I'm currently using
mplayer 1.0pre7try2 - and it's crashing Slimserver. I'd really like to
have AlienBBC running on SlimCD 1.71...I'm sure I replied to this but I
can't see my reply. Anyway, this
version should work ok but I would recommend 1.0pre8 as that has the
codecs builtin for realplayer streams.
I already left a note in another thread: it was my fault. I had a backup
of an earlier version which was automatically restored at boot time. This
replaced the current latest plugin with the older 1.03. I removed the
backup and
