Ditto here - and with exactly the same 6.3 install that was working fine previously. Same output as you from d_remotestream / plugins. I'm guessing it may be either a) connected to the new server upgrades and the new beta player or b) the fact that Last.fm is getting pretty damn popular. I managed to get it to work occasionally by adding Last.fm to a playlist and connecting from there. Increasing Radio timeout did nothing. It's like the plugin is connecting, but not drawing down a stream from the Last.fm servers.
