When I was troubleshooting the original problem (solved with the revision.txt file), I switched to loading Plugins on the fly (otherwise, even if you set the d_plugins flag, it's reset when you restart the server using the deb init.d script). Although I would add in DynamicPlaylists in this way, when I restarted the server, it would revert to not being loaded. Switching back to load plugins at start-up, then adding in DynamicPlaylists and then restarting was, I think, what sorted it.
On another topic, my hard-drive failure gave me an idea for a new TrackStat feature. While I back all of my user data and some other data, I wasn't backing up by ratings!!! I did have a backup of a saved TrackStat file from about a month ago, so not quite back to square one. So, it would be good to be able to set TrackStat to write a backup file daily at a certain time (a bit like scheduling the rescans). -- smc2911 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ smc2911's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4388 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=24419 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/plugins
