Hi. Could someone please help. I seem to be unable to successfully import song ratings from iTunes using Trackstat's import function. The debug log seems to show successful import but the ratings don't appear in trackstat. I'm a bit dim when it comes to anything technical so I'm probably overlooking something obvious.
