I know this has been mentioned several times before, so I'm surprised no one's written this plugin yet. :)
For Win32, all you should have to do is: 1. Use linco.exe [1] with some protocol such as linein://0, this will pipe audio from device 0, through FLAC/mp3, and send it to SB. 2. Combine this with a program like Virtual Audio Cable [2] and you can have (near) realtime transfer of all computer audio to your SB. Hopefully there's an opensource tool similar to VAC, which isn't free. The same thing can certainly be done for Linux and OSX.
