It's a tradeoff as to which is more appropriate - a dynamically created
list should always be up to date but is tied to a PC and may require
significant effort to code compared to static list which is just edited
but needs to be checked and maintained to stay useful.  

The two approaches are alternatives and we can have both.  When you
started AlienDRMenu the OPML possibility didn't exist and I am now
raising people's awareness that creating AlienBBC menus isn't the only
way.
