To check a page - open the URL you are interested in as a web page in
Firefox. Then select View/Page Source. At the top of the page is the
encoding such as

If all the problem pages are not ISO-8859-1 - then I guess that is part
of the problem. However, you are right about the Swedish page so I
think log the problem as a bug anyway.
