Assuming you have the right version as you say (and that should be v1.1 for SlimServer 6.3), that's odd. Could you run SlimServer with --d_plugins and look at the resulting output for any reason why the LazySearch.pm module failed to load? Also, what platform is this on (not that it should make any difference).
