Don't know what's happened, but trying to upgrade to v4.1 on SlimServer 6.3.1 (Mac OS 10.4.7) has resulted in me losing the plugin completely. It no longer appears in the Server Settings/Plugins screen as an option.
Have tried starting/stopping SlimServer, rebooting, downgrading to 4.06, deleting slimserver.pref... etc etc. No luck. Any thoughts? PS The ZIP files always seem to contain a file calle plugin.pm, rather than superdatetime.pm.
