gandt, it looks like you and I were posting at the same time. Jinx! Anyhoo, your solution looks great, but you don't need a custom script if you are running Windows (I'm using Windows XP, but I believe the Task Scheduler came about in 95 so it should be in any recent version). I just created a series of scheduled tasks in the right order, and it works like a charm. I used Firefox for my browser, and it opened up each scheduled task in a new tab. The only problem for me is having Firefox open when I come in to my office every morning - not a big deal at all, but not as "clean" a solution as I would have liked. So instead I got on my linux box (rented from my hosting provider) and set up a series of "wget" commands to have the same effect. You can also install "cygwin" on Windows which provides a sub-set of unix functionality, including the crontab which allows you to use things like "wget" which can hit a URL without actually opening a browser. -- tfish77 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ tfish77's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1809 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=26854 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/plugins
