Hi All, I got it right on my first Ubuntu Dapper box, but now I'm stuck on the second...
Well, here it is: SlimServer Version: 6.5b1 - 9397 - Debian - EN - iso-8859-1 Perl Version: v5.8.7 i486-linux-gnu-thread-multi MySQL Version: 4.1.15-Debian_1ubuntu5 AlienBBC is installed, but if I try to play a BBC station, nothing happens, the playlist stays empty. Mplayer is installed, essential codecs are installed both in /usr/lib/codecs and /usr/local/lib/codecs just to be on the safe side...: "Put the files contained in this archive in a directory where MPlayer will find them. The default directory is /usr/local/lib/codecs/ ($prefix/lib/codecs/) if you are compiling from source, but you can change that value by passing the '--with-codecsdir' option to './configure'. If you use a prebuilt MPlayer package it will most likely be /usr/lib/codecs, see the documentation of your package for details." Mplayer cannot play a stream from http://www.radio.rai.it/live/radio3.ram because "could not resolve name for AF_INET6" Reaplayer10 is installed and can play the same URL above. Can one point me in the right direction? thanks, ciao, -Gian -- gian ------------------------------------------------------------------------ gian's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=6702 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=27166 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/plugins
