Something has changed in the very latest 6.5 which means the settings
will no longer show up. We need to produce an update for this and a
couple of other things, but in the interim you can edit
Plugins/Alien/Plugins.pm
line 268 should now read:

ie add "BASIC_" in front of "SERVER_SETTINGS"
