Does the "My Picks OPML Editor" show up under the plugins section on the web browser page?
If so, then I believe the way to resolve your issue is create a "My Picks" file from within the browser using the editor. I had a similar issue and if my memory serves me correctly this is what I had to do to get "My Picks" to show up on my SB3.
