I upgraded to 6.5 and got the new version of AlienBBC and mplayer too. Since then, on the Squeezebox, I can no longer play back BBC streams (live or prerecorded) correctly. They play fine for 1-2 seconds then slow down, as if they were time stretched. This only happens on my SB3, not on Softsqueeze or direct mplayer from the commandline. Normal MP3 playback on the SB3 works just fine.
