To the best of my knowledge, no one has written a WinAmp plugin that outputs directly to a Squeezebox. There IS a plugin that will output to a ShoutCast server (or its variants in the open source world). Because a Squeezebox can tune in a Shoutcast stream you get what your are after with running an additional piece of software; a Shoutcast server.
