Traditionally a lot of classical music listeners have done workarounds like putting all this information into the main artist field or by having long track titles. But you can't order by that. LMS 7.9 now allows you to build composer/conductor menus (or CustomBrowse, pre-7.9) so that you can actually use it for browsing but it would be really bad if you then also have to redundantly add it to other fields, complicating browsing
