Sure, I just like the ickStream Tidal UI better, and I'm looking for a
local low power solution which will outlive MySB.com and provide a more
stable alarm clock and with most of my favorite plugins available, among
other things.

Only when I need heavier transcoding of video or music(equalizer
plugin), want to browse pictures or take backups etc. I want to crank up
the old tower of power server.


Therefore, your suggestion of the Rasberry Pi LMS solution, maybe with
an external music library from my WD Mybook Live NAS(where it can sleep
gracefully in between the listening sessions), probably is the best one
yet for me!
