This is an issue for phillipe and I think it has come up before - did you search the relevant thread ? How slow is "slow" - slightly slow or very slow. The slowness will indicate the problm. Time how long do the clock pips take or compare to live FM/AM radio ? For example, BBC streams are 48kHz.
