I confirm that the fix given by @mavit works well on Linux.
I should also work on Windows, though I'm not able to test it, as long
as:
    
- ffmpeg for Windows is installed
- ffmpeg.exe is in the path of LMS program
  
For the latter, I suggest you add folder path of ffmpeg installation in
global settings (on Win7 it was reachable by right clicking on "My
Computer") instead of trying to move ffmpeg.exe close to faad.exe in LMS
folders.
