Martin,

Thanks. It is just strange that this is happening. I actually converted
problematic ALAC to FLAC and back to ALAC with no success (FLACS were
fine) (I am using dBpoweramp Music Converter for all my conversions). I
am curious to find out more about LMS and ALAC. Is Squeesebox Touch
hardware compatible with native ALAC playback?

I am currently converting ALAC to PCM, assuming that one conversion is
better than two, needed for FLAC. What do you think?
