I remembered that I also have a "spare" instance of LMS dormant (turned off) on a backup Windows 7 machine. Thought I'd fire it up and see if it even had the YouTube Plugin installed. It was installed and, interestingly, when telling my players to use the backup server, the same issue of silence persists... song begins to load (the YouTube video's picture is displayed) but no sound. I don't believe it's actually receiving the stream somehow.
