One thing you can do is empty the playlist and switch off/on the
"virtual" player from LMS. I'll work to fix this issue it's probably
something I introduced because I wanted a way to fully cut connection
between the plugin and the CC. Before 2.6 there was a 24/7 keep alive,
even when the "virtual" player was switched off, and I've always wanted
to remove that but never took the time. It obviously created some side
effects but if you could post here (or PM) the full log file, it would
be very helpful
