What is your complete network topology? I have the same issue and I have not been able to find the exact reason, but it seems to be a combinaison of using PLC plugs and running on Windows. I've spent hours trying to understand if this is a plugin problem and could not find a reason. But in a Linux box *and* not using PLC plugs, I had no more dropouts.
