I haven't had time to test and make proper releases. 1.4.10 is not the latest non beta. It is the latest 1.4 beta for those user who did'nt want to go to 1.5.* beta which fixed windows problems. 1.5.* has more fixes and 1.4.* is only for those users who are slow to change.
