IR Learning writes .conf files. .ir files are something different. The carrier frequency is fixed at about 38kHz (only for ITT format, there is no carrier frequency used.)

It's called space encoding or NEC format. msiegler;152377 Wrote: > SB3 however will not recognize an alien IR message, although conceivably > raw IR callback routines could be implemented to do this, albeit VERY > difficultly. Receiving is not a problem, as long as the carrier frequency is in the 38-40kHz range. This is the filter the receiver chip in SB3 applies. So as long as you want to use the built in receiver you are limited to this carrier frequency. The recoginition part is something that could be implemented on the SlimServer side.
