404 message usually appears within 5 seconds of launching stream, but stream continues to run for about 2 minutes 25 seconds. Based on Verulamius's comments on Post 1113 I changed the SD Card from PiCore to Max2Play this morning (I have an old licence) and lo and behold it's been rock solid on the USB attached DAC for over an hour.
