Thanks! By my side, I received a mail from the customer service telling
me that they transmitted my query of unblock...
Did they actually unblock you? Because after a month of asking and
pinging here's all I got:
"Le service client a demandé le déblocage en date du 29 mars 2017."
No information about why you got blocked. Nothing that would help me to
prevent this situation in the future :-(
