Oh dear. That is strange - I just found a problem in the plugin menu that would stop it from starting from there, but shouldn't crash the server. Do you have any error messages from the log? What model players are you using (I haven't tested it on an original Squeezebox yet)?
The previous version is http://www.jamescraig.co.uk/SlimServer/LastFM1131.zip and I've posted a 2.0.1 which fixes the problem mentioned above.
