Noticed the PM after reading this message.

Usual reason for rejection - too large or wrong file extension.
Easiest way is to zip the file and then attach.

Instead of a big menu.opml file - you could just have the Commentaries
sections in a file and the it can be linked via an URL in the menu.opml
file. This way the commentaries "outline" can be maintained separately.

This will confuse users of different version which si why I'd prefer
commentaries to be separated - otherwise I'll have to maintain lots of
opml files.

Not sure what problem you are referring to that is not a probelm for
you.
If it is about using the "dash://" directly (i.e. Tune-in / Favorites)
to play the URL - the 1.5.4.3 broke that as a side effect when
implementing DASH-Flac. At the moment using "Iplayer://" directly is
still OK.

Not just cricket - I think other sports use these streams as well from
time to time (Ice hockey last Fri ?) Users can check here
http://www.bbc.com/sport/13629860 (same pages as BBC Sport App)
