In the second setting from above, whose playlists are offered , when using an old SB with account #2 while SPH is set up for the other account #1? I'd expect the wrong ones from #1.
SPH settings and browsing are totally independent. You wouldn't even need any account on mysb.com if you knew spotify IDs by heart.
