I'm not sure it is a slow drift, it's sneaky and difficult to observe as actual audio volume doesn't change... But here I just went to the LMS interface after a few hours and Zipp shows vol 0 (and plays at normal volume.) It's been a long time since I needed logging with the player. I will activate traces and report if I see something substantial. I'm pretty sure this is a "new Zipp"-specific thing, perhaps Castalla has one IIRC, but I'm not sure there are so many users out there. (Besides I will soon get a refurbished Zipp of the previous generation, same vintage as my Loop. I think they have identical firmwares, so this one should be A-OK.)
