Not sure if it will work, this will depend on content of the prefs file.
But you could try the following:
Do the following in Package manager
- Stop LmsUpdate
- Install LmsRepack
- Stop LmsRepack
After that, ssh into your nas as admin:
Enter the following commands:
Copy (and overwrite) the current server.prefs file to the new directory
prefs dir:

--------------------
cp -f /volume1/@appstore/SqueezeCenter/server.prefs
/volume1/@appstore/LmsRepack/prefs/
--------------------
Renaming the links in server.prefs to the new location:

--------------------
sed 's/SqueezeCenter/LmsRepack/g'
/volume1/@appstore/LmsRepack/prefs/server.prefs
--------------------
Next, start LmsRepack in package manager. Check if things worked out as
intended.
