The following instructions assume that slimserver has been installed in the default directory which is C:\Program Files\SlimServer\server - if slimserver was not installed in the default location then replace this path by the one which leads to the directory containing slim.exe.
1. Stop slimserver probably from the systray icon. 2. Click "Start" button and then "run" menu. 3. Enter "cmd" in the dialogue field and press return; a command prompt window (i.e. c:/> ) should open 4. Enter the command at the prompt cd C:\Program Files\SlimServer\server 5. Enter the command "slim.exe" with the relevant debug option d_plugins as follow slim --d_plugins 6. Messages will scroll up - look for error messages relating to ALienBBC. You can hit CTRL/C to stop slimserver and so prevent other messages.
