Can't play MP4 anymore and 3rd party packages aren't visible.
Hmm... transcoding seems to have been an issue at some point. Can't say much about it.
The plugins issue most likely would be resolved with a LMS restart. Did you check the server.log file for information about the failures? Also: would eg. Internet Radio work?
