What I find is that the tracks always cut out at about the 20 mark. If I
play the same music through my computer's speakers, i.e. not using LMS,
there's no problem as far as I can see. And if I play the same music
from a file on my system, i.e. not using Qobuz, it plays fine! So I
guess the problem is with the Qobuz app.

Check your power savings settings on the server. It might go into standby mode due to inactivity?
