Quite peculiar. Your installation of iTunes does not report its version number and is causing the plugin to crash as this is unexpected behaviour. One could change the plugin to survive this, but it is quite likely that further problems will occur!
Exactly what version of iTunes do you have installed? (from Help->About iTunes - for example mine is 7.0.2.16) You could try reinstalling iTunes. This has fixed similar problems in the past.
