I actually looked into this again, as I didn't even remember the exact reason why I didn't do it for Windows right away. The problem I'm facing is that I rely on two command line tools which are easily available for Linux systems, but not so much for Windows. There are copies which rely on cygwin (some kind of Linux compatibility library). But somehow the copies I've found wouldn't pick up that library from LMS.
