The first part is to make sure the MOOD tag is scanned, this is done
the following way:
1. Goto Custom Scan in the web interface
2. Click on the "Custom Tag" scanning module
3. Enter "MOOD" in the "Tags to scan" field (without the quotation
marks)
4. Click "Save"
5. Click the "Scan" link besides the "Custom Tag" scaninng module
6. Scanning is now performed and the MOOD tags are stored in the
database.

The second step is to make a menu that makes it possible to browse by
mood, this is done as follows:
1. Goto Custom Browse in the web interface
2. Click on the "Edit menus" link at the bottom of the page
3. Click on "Create new menu" link at the top
4. Select the menu type "Custom Tags"
5. Change the "Menu name" field to "Moods" or something else you like.
6. Change the "Tag name" field to "MOOD"
7. Click "Next" and then "Save"
8. You should now have a new Moods menu below the Custom Browse menu
that does what you like. If you like to move it into the standard
browse menu you do this by clicking "Enable/Disable menus/mixers" in
the Custom Browse page in the web interface.

and also on the release page on my web site, they are not included in
package. Anyway, it only affects those that have been creating new
Custom Scan based menus in a prior release. The only problem if you
don't follow the upgrade is that some of your earlier created menus
might dissapear. I suspect that you haven't created any new Custom Scan
based menus earlier and then it is just a matter of unziping the file in
the plugins directory as described in the included README.txt.
