The only thing you need to do for the G5 and likley M3 is to enable encryption (as with every non Apple-official device). You can (and should) leave volume settings untouched LMS 7.7, 7.8 and 7.9 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
