Thanks for the hint, There are two player (max2play and Squeezebox) running, only max2play was enabled for Spotify Connect. After enalling the Squeezebox, everything is working fine. Some time delays for transferring a track from my laptop/mobile to the Squeezebox and back, but overall working very well.
